Our commissary kitchen offers the lowest monthly rate in Northern Colorado at just $700/month for unlimited access and prep time. This all-inclusive rate comes with your own dry storage rack—no extra charges by the shelf!

Want to go part-time? Hourly rentals are available at just $25/hour, and if you need extra storage, you can add a 5-shelf rack for $100/month. Here’s what else we offer to make sure you have everything you need:

  • Food Code Sink Stations: 3-bay sink, vegetable prep sink, mop sink, and a hand washing station.

  • Spacious Walk-In Cooler: Our 8'x15' cooler is available for all your cold storage needs. 5 shelves for $100/month.

  • Upright Freezer: Rent a shelf in our upright freezer for $50/month, or if you have a chest freezer you would rather use, you can bring your own for $50/month.

  • 3 phase 220v Outlets: Bring in your own equipment with ease, with just a $50/month charge to cover utilities.

  • Dishwashing Options: Use our dishwasher for $25/month to cover utility costs
